**The Role**:
The Network Core Team is looking for an experienced and positive Program Manager to lead a stream of effort within a multi-year program committed to delivering aggressive targets.

The Program Manager has overall accountability for the management and delivery of their virtual team’s deliverables from start to finish. Reporting to the NG Edge Build Delivery Manager, they will work with various teams of Network Managers, Associates, Installers, Vendors, Transport and INOC device configuration specialists and be expected to collaborate and coordinate with other stream leads in the program.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prioritize and track the delivery, installation and turn up of devices to sites in line with planners aggressive requests and timelines.
- Prepare and present project updates
- Host on camera virtual meeting to define next logical steps and who will do them.
- Oversee and manage the project scope and key project deliverables
- Lead project team members toward key deliverables
- Work with third-party vendors to ensure their deliverables are on time, within budget and delivered as planned
- Proactively address evolving business requirements and priorities to help ensure the right deliverables are receiving the right level of attention
- Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of their project and leverage industry best practices and project management disciplines
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, i.e. Planning, Network and Technology teams, Change Management and Operations
- Actively identify and manage scope, change, and project risks
- Provide project cost estimations and budgeting, and report the spending and budget balances

**Critical Qualifications**:

- University Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Telecom Engineering will be an asset
- Scrum master / Agile / PMP certification is considered an asset
- Must have 3+ years of experience in a Project Manager role in similar environments, preferred in IT and telecom networks
- Must have demonstrated presentation skills
- Must have essential experience in using JIRA and Confluence platforms (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience in managing people, developing processes, and rolling out improvements in sizeable environments; managing both internally operating third-party party vendors and partners with a track record of fast delivery around service levels
