**For this fast-paced environment, the successful applicant for the reception position will be a team player and look forward to challenges and taking on administrative responsibilities. They will take pride in a job well done and be able to multitask. They will enjoy working with seniors and look forward to interactions.**
**Hours: one to two evenings per week (3-7), 2 out of 3 weekends (8am-130pm or 130pm-7pm alternating) including holidays and flexibility to pick up more hours.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer phones, greet visitors, assist Residents, coordinate appointments, assist management with administrative duties
- Maintain confidentiality of all financial, personnel and resident data.
- Be knowledgeable of and practice residence's fire and safety programs.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous employment in a retirement residence an asset but not mandatory.
- Previous experience on a reception desk.
- Knowledge of computers and software (Word, Excel, Publisher...)
