Project Coordinator

Our Project Coordinators are key contributing team members on our projects. What follows is an overview of the responsibilities and qualifications Summit Brooke is looking for in new Project Coordinator.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate project document controls which includes RFI’s, submittal’s, SI’s, CCN’s and CO’s
- Support the Project Manager and Site Superintendent with trade coordination and scheduling
- Support the project manager with the tender and budgeting process
- Complete quantity takeoffs
- Develop and maintain good working relations with the owners, consultants, and trades

Qualification
- 2 or more years of Project Coordination experience
- Post secondary education (degree or diploma) in a field related to construction (engineering, architecture, trades, etc.).
- Team player with strong communication skills and the ability to forge, grow and maintain positive relationships
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency and strong commitment to completing deliverables on time, including the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
