- Shifts: Tuesday ( 1000-1800), Wednesday to Friday (1400-2000), Saturday (1600-0000)

**What does a Security Guard in Winnipeg Do ?**:

- Maintain a safe and Secure environment
- Access control of entry ways and exit points using equipment at your disposal.
- Performing Patrol at the Premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
- Enforce Property regulations and city Bi
- Laws on the client's site.
- Monitor Close Circuit Cameras
- Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
- Coordinate response to the incidents.
- Respond to telephone calls received by the Security Department.
- Complete Daily reports and Incident Reports.
- Provide Excellent customer service.

**Qualification to become Security Guard in Winnipeg**:

- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must have Full driving license and Clear driving abstract.
- Previous experience in the security industry (asset)
- Previous experience in Radio usage
- Strong Team working and Public relation skills.
- Valid Manitoba Security Guard license
- Must have Tactical experience with previous experience in De-escalation
- Customer service oriented
- Must be able to work Day, Afternoon and Evening shifts.
- Leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a stressful environment
