Responsibilities: - Assist with food preparation and baking in a bakery setting - Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistent quality - Operate kitchen equipment and machinery safely and efficiently - Package baked goods for display or delivery - Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their bakery needs - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area - Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines - Assist with cake decorating as needed Requirements: - Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a bakery or kitchen setting - Knowledge of food handling and safety practices - Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Note: This is a general job description for a Bakery Assistant position. **Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
