Laundromat Attendant

Super Clean Laundromat opened in 1967 in historic Pickering Village and later expanded to Cambridge. Super Clean has been taking care of its customers’ laundry needs for 50 Years. Our fully attended and family-friendly stores give our customers access to the latest energy-efficient Electrolux Professional laundry equipment in a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.

We are looking for a part-time Laundromat Attendant to join our team in our Cambridge location immediately.

Working at Super Clean Laundromat is about smiling and helping customers with their favourite chore - Laundry You'll be making a difference in re-uniting those missing socks with their partners and getting the perfect fold every time. You will also assist customers who don't find doing laundry as much fun as you do.

**What you will be doing**:

- Answering questions about how to use machines (load size, machine size, wash cycles, etc.)
- Providing solutions on how to best remove stains
- Answering phones, taking messages, and providing required solutions and follow-up
- Taking in Wash & Fold orders and processing the orders with efficiency and accuracy
- Maintaining a safe and clean atmosphere in the entire store
- Monitoring supplies and ensuring they are replenished as needed including filling vending machines
- Accurately collecting payment for orders and following balancing procedures at end of shift
