**Job Description**:
As a junior member of the Production team, you thrive in an agile environment that allows you to leverage your skillset across expansive digital programs. You use your experience to solve complex business problems through critical thinking of production-related inquiries, ensuring project deliveries are met on time and within scope. You bring demonstrable experience in leading projects in a fast-paced agency environment that works with multiple vendors.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage timelines and team resourcing for assigned work, identifying, and escalating potential problems in advance.
- Facilitate daily updates of project statuses to internal teams
- Communicate with producers, content, creative, and account teams to ensure alignment on project needs, progress, and changes
- Work with partner agencies to ensure web authoring, targeting, analytics, leads, and CRM are appropriately executed
- Organize internal team meetings for briefs and internal reviews.
- Work within scope and coordinate deliverables to meet launch schedules and sprint goals.
- Work within delivery frameworks to support a structured, transparent, and collaborative approach to delivering great work.
- Contribute to the studio culture through innovation and thought leadership.

**Qualifications**:

- 1 year or more of relevant experience in a production or project management role
- Understanding of web production from UX/UI development to Back-End and Front-End executions and QA
- Confident in developing timelines and communicating project needs to internal teams based on timelines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrable experience running multiple projects successfully and simultaneously.
- A positive, organized approach to problem-solving in tandem with team members.
- Auto and/or retail advertising experience is nice to have
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, Microsoft suite and Teamwork is nice to have
