Looking to join a team of hotel superheroes? We need an Overnight House Person to help keep our Renaissance Edmonton Airport Hotel shining bright
As our Overnight House Person, you'll be our secret weapon in ensuring that our hotel is spotless and ready to wow our guests. You'll be like a ninja in the night, making sure that all public spaces are clean and tidy, fulfilling guest requests with lightning-fast speed, and keeping our laundry and storage rooms organized and in top shape.
You'll have a whole arsenal of cleaning tools at your disposal, from steam cleaners to carpet shampoo machines, and you'll be a pro at using them to keep our hotel looking its best. You'll even get to flex your muscles a bit by lifting and carrying linens and other items weighing up to 10 pounds.
As part of our elite team of hotel superheroes, you'll work closely with other departments to provide our guests with the ultimate experience. And with your quick thinking, attention to detail, and amazing customer service skills, you'll be the hero they never knew they needed

WHAT DO YOU NEED?
- Reading Comprehension - You should be able to understand and interpret written information in work-related documents such as brand standards, and checklists.

- Oral Comprehension - The ability to listen actively and understand information presented through spoken words and sentences is crucial for this role.
- Customer and Personal Service - You should possess a solid understanding of customer service principles and processes, including assessing customer needs, meeting service standards, and evaluating customer satisfaction.
- Analytical/Critical Thinking - You should have the ability to gather and organize information systematically, recognize patterns and relationships in complex data, identify problems and implications, generate alternative solutions, and evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of various approaches to problem-solving.
