As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate Technical Solution Architect to lead our dynamic technical team and shape the architecture of our evolving platform.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a visionary Tech Lead with a strong background in AWS and full-stack development to lead our technical team.

You will be responsible for refining system architecture, coding design patterns, unit testing, and documenting standards and procedures to ensure scalability and maintainability. As a team lead, you will be responsible for the coordination and facilitation of effective teamwork between all team members, ensuring they are aligned and empowered to solve challenges efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement a scalable and secure robust architecture tailored to Crowda's innovative platform needs.
- Define and standardize coding design patterns and documentation practices for current and future technical personnel.
- Ensure the technical documentation is up-to-date and accessible, facilitating smooth onboarding for new team members and version management.
- Oversee the integration and optimal utilization of our AWS stack.
- Lead the technical team, ensuring alignment on project goals, coding standards, and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve quality and efficiency.
- Identify and articulate solutions for any technological discrepancies or bottlenecks within our stack.
- Act as a mentor and guide for the technical team, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Technical Solution Architect within a startup environment, preferably with FinTech background.
- Expertise in Microservices Architecture, AWS services, including GraphQL, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, AWS Amplify, and AWS Cognito, AWS API gateway, etc.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js, Nest.js, React.js, and Next.js.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a technical team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and concisely.
- Experience with a full software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of best practices in coding, documentation, and architecture design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in an office environment.
