Company Description: Dream Day Decor and Specialty Linens is a premier event decor and design company specializing in creating unforgettable weddings and events. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail, creativity, and commitment to exceeding our clients' expectations.

Looking for individuals that can
- Set up and arrange decor elements at event venues according to approved design plans
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure that decor arrangements are executed flawlessly and according to plan
- Work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and mostly weekends, to accommodate clients' schedules and event timelines
- Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as needed to transport and set up decor elements
- Be prepared for long hours on feet during event setup and execution
- Strong design sense and creative flair, with the ability to translate clients' visions into stunning decor arrangements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of basic floral design principles and familiarity with various decor styles and trends
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work varying shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed (night premium offered)
- Vehicle is not a requirement, but an asset as we meet at various venues thru out the city.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
