**About the role**

**DESCRIPTION DU POSTE**

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) **Analyste **à **l'indemnisation en bien, Unité des Services d’Enquête, qui jouera un rôle essentiel dans le soutien de notre croissance.**

**LIEU DE TRAVAIL**:Montréal **(Anjou/2020), **Québec ou** **St-Hyacinthe**, avec déplacements occasionnels.

**LE RÔLE**:
Sous l'autorité de la Directrice - Unité des Services d’Enquête le titulaire du poste procèdera à l’analyse et contribuera à l’enquête des dossiers de sinistres en conformité avec les politiques de l’entreprise.

**RESPONSABILITÉS CLÉS**:

- Prendre connaissance des dossiers soumis à l’Unité des Services d’Enquête: décider s’ils doivent être enquêtés et dans le cas contraire les retourner aux opérations avec les justifications appropriées
- Faire l’analyse des dossiers de sinistre acceptés à l’Unité des Services d’Enquête des lignes d’affaires en bien personnel et entreprise et assister nos experts en sinistre route dans l’enquête.
- Assurer le suivi des dossiers auprès des experts en sinistre route interne, les indépendants et/ou les firmes d’avocats, le tout en respect des politiques de l’entreprise
- Établir la recevabilité ou non des dossiers d’enquêtes, dans la négative, rédiger les lettres appropriées
- Être disponible pour assister à des conférences de règlement à l'amiable et s'il y a lieu, à témoigner à la Cour.

**Connaissances et compétences recherchées**:

- DEC dans une discipline appropriée et titre de PAA ou expérience équivalente
- Permis valide de l’Autorité des marchés financiers en particulier et commercial
- De 3 à 5 années d’expérience en traitement de dossiers à caractère particulier (atout)
- Capacité à communiquer tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
- Capacité à travailler sous pression et être orienté client
- Facilité avec le travail d'équipe
- Capacité à prendre des décisions
- Ouverture d’esprit et capacité de s’adapter aux changements
- Esprit d’analyse et de synthèse
- Excellent sens de l’initiative
- Grande discrétion
- Bilinguisme oral et écrit serait un atout. Nécessité d’interagir sur une base régulière avec une clientèle anglophone et des collègues partout au pays.
