We are hiring an Assistant Bakery Manager for our Cochrane location.

This is a full time position, 40 hours per week. Must have open availability

You will be responsible for:

- Going the Extra Mile for our customers and fellow team members
- Sharing product knowledge with customers
- Inventory control, working freight, production, schedule writing and ordering.
- Ensuring the department is well stocked and presented
- Adhering to food safety standards and company best practices
- Handling customer service inquiries and providing a positive customer experience
- Cleaning equipment and work area to ensure a safe, and sanitary work environment
- Using a variety of equipment, including knives

You have:

- 2-3 years of leadership experience in a customer service environment
- Passion for great food and outstanding service
- Strong work ethic and “let’s get it done” attitude
- Enthusiasm and are customer focused
