Must have a minimum of 5 years residential construction experience.
Able to identify and assess construction deficiencies and perform the repairs and various tasks before and after predelivery in a timely manner paying attention to detail.
Ability to service new builds.
Service repairs may include but are not limited to drywall and taping, trim work, painting, ceramic/hardwood, caulking and carpet repairs.
Review work orders on a proactive and daily basis.
Must have a valid drivers license and own vehicle.
Must have WHMIS and Working at Heights certification
Knowledge of the Tarion Performance Guidelines is an asset.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Strong communication skills.
**Salary**: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
