We’re looking for a Digital Content Specialist to join our Marketing & Communications team and lead our visual brand identity across digital channels. With a focus on web content management, you’ll be in charge of building, testing, and publishing all our website content and ensuring it’s brand-aligned and optimized. As the sole designer on our team, you’ll have a chance to work on a variety of projects, including social graphics and digital advertising. You’ll act as our team’s art director and take ownership of our style guide to make sure we’re consistent and polished in all our touchpoints.

**How You’ll Help**
- Build, edit, test, tag, and publish all content pages on our website using the Sitecore platform.
- Work closely with content owners across the team to gather copy and imagery for web, advise on page layout, and ensure content is web ready.
- Deliver design concepts, layout, and print-ready files for graphics.
- Conduct ongoing reviews of our website content to ensure it’s accurate, up to date, and optimized for SEO.
- Leverage Google Analytics to understand our web traffic and make recommendations for improvements.
- Stay current on SEO, digital trends, and new web technology to find opportunities to level up our digital presence.
- Act as our primary liaison with the IT and web support teams to test and implement any updates and improvements to our content pages.
- Lead art direction and own our visual brand identity, maintaining our style guide and ensuring continuity across all digital channels.
- As needed, support the team in setting up and evaluating Facebook advertising.

**Your Skills & Experience**:

- 5-7 years of experience in a digital content role.
- Experience building, editing, and publishing web content in Sitecore or similar web content management platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics to optimize digital content.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
- Nice to have: HTML, digital advertising, and video editing experience.
