Shift: Afternoons (2 Positions available)

ODG - Gear Division is a manufacturer of precision Gears, Shafts and Assemblies. We operate out of a 75,000 sq ft facility in New Hamburg, Ontario. ODG offers a climate-controlled environment, attractive benefits packages, and educational assistance for employees.

**Join our Team**:
ODG is looking for 2 highly motivated individuals who have at least 5 years of experience operating various types of CNC Machinery, with emphasis on Milling and Turning.

**Essential Duties**:
The successful incumbents must be able to demonstrate the following essential duties
- Read blueprints, manufacturing drawings and inspection sheets (GD&T; tolerances)
- Able to perform machine set-ups
- Perform Quality checks / Complete first off inspection and in process checks using measuring equipment provided (manual/digital; imperial/metric)
- Able to read and interpret a CMM / Quality reports
- Make tool offsets and part adjustments to meet quality requirement
- Identify nonconforming parts and follow proper reporting procedures
- Able to read CNC programs and perform edits

**Educational and Work Experience Requirements**:

- OSSD or equivalent
- 5+ years’ experience operating CNC Machining equipment
