As a Dental Bookkeeper at Magnolia Dental, you will play a crucial role in the financial operations of our clinic. You will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and financial reporting. Your attention to detail, organization, and financial expertise will be essential in maintaining our clinic's financial stability and transparency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Record and manage all financial transactions, including **patient payments, insurance reimbursements, and clinic expenses.**:

- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements to ensure accurate financial records.
- Prepare financial statements, including income statements and balance sheets.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and deadlines.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to assist in decision-making.
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with clinic management and staff to ensure financial transparency and awareness.
- Keep abreast of changes in accounting regulations, tax laws, and industry standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a bookkeeper in a dental or healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (particularly Excel).
- Strong understanding of dental clinic financial operations and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
- A degree in accounting, finance, or related field is a plus.
