Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Technician to join our team. As a Landscape Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to landscaping and grounds maintenance. This is a hands-on role that requires knowledge of heavy equipment operation, hand tools, and various landscaping techniques.

**Responsibilities**:
- Operate heavy equipment such as tractors, mowers, and excavators to perform landscaping tasks
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete landscaping projects
- Install and maintain irrigation systems
- Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and other plants according to landscape plans
- Trim and prune trees and shrubs to maintain their health and appearance
- Install and repair landscape features such as retaining walls, pathways, and fences
- Perform concrete finishing for walkways and other hardscape elements
- Assist with the installation of outdoor lighting systems
- Follow schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate installation of landscape elements
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications
**Qualifications**
- Must be able to carry 50 -100lbs and able to work outside in all weather conditions
- Ability to get to and from work reliably (punctual)
- Can lead a crew for short periods of time when needed
- Previous experience in landscaping or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operation and maintenance
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read schematics and blueprints for accurate installation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $21.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 80 per week
