Primary Objective:
The Senior Group Pension Administrator will work with the Implementation team and is responsible for assisting in all aspects of the day to day administration of the system infrastructure. Providing administration duties and customer service for union groups.

Key Responsibilities:

- Reports to Office Manager
- Maintain Member and Employer records on the system with a great deal of accuracy while still meeting deadlines
- Answer and Manage phone calls for all Members and Employers providing the highest level of customer service
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Generate reports from system, manipulate the reports and distribute
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary

**Work Environment**:
A fast paced, productivity driven environment, compliant with health and safety standards. Keyboarding effort required daily. Sitting for extended periods; prolonged exposure to computer monitors. Regular use of phone system.

**Working Hours**:
Regular office hours 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday. Team members may work shifts outside of normal business hours only if approved in advance by a manager or supervisor and may be required to cover for absence and vacancy during these shifts.

- Ability to train current and new employees as required
- Act in the best interest of the client and the organization at all times while maintaining a consistent, positive and professional manner in all dealings
- Work with team members to ensure that assigned work can be completed based on the time commitment made
- Capable of working independently and still meeting strict deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
