- Our Assembler positions have a wage range of **$20 to $32 per hour** based on your experience and an assessment during the interview stage. Increases are then reviewed throughout employment.

Our** Advanced Flow Systems** facility is looking for an experienced and energetic **Assembler **to join our Contract Manufacturing Department in Chilliwack, BC.

The **Assembler** is responsible for working in a manufacturing environment with a team of assemblers, insulators and other professional trades, assembling large and small components on a variety of projects.

**Essential functions for this role are**:

- Prepare work to be accomplished by examining instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists, and gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials
- Position parts and subassemblies using templates or reading measurements.
- Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies.
- Verify specifications by measuring completed component.
- Perform tasks involving physical labour; operate hand and power tools, wrenching and tightening bolts.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

**If you have the following experience, qualifications, and skills, we want to hear from you**
- Minimum 6 months - 1 years’ experience in a heavy industrial setting or previous experience doing assembly in a manufacturing environment.
- Mechanically inclined with experience working with power tools (torque wrench, impact drills, grinders, etc.) and using overhead cranes
- Able to work without close supervision.
- Able to communicate effectively and problem solve with team members
- Able to accurately use a tape measure and ladder
