We, at Beleva Support Services Inc, are a team of dedicated members of the community working towards contributing to Special Needs clients. Our services are in accordance with the industry’s highest standards and are comprised of the most skilled and compassionate associates to provide care that meets the needs of all those who need it.

Job description:
Residential/Developmental Care Worker (Male, Full-time)

The Support Worker will be reporting to Beleva's Group Home where the clients reside and will be responsible for a wide range of services, such as personal care, behavior management, mental health support, and so on, in order to help our clients live their lives to the fullest. Other responsibilities could include assistance with everyday tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and detailed note-taking, all while ensuring the client's safety and comfort.

The Specialized Support Workers implement programs and consistently communicate with families and members of the team to develop the most person-centered plan to meet the needs and goals of all individuals. If you have exceptional multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment, an extremely positive attitude toward others, and the talents and experiences indicated above, you are welcome to join our team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- First-Aid, CPR
- Crises intervention certification
- Police Vulnerable check & child welfare check
- Autism experience
- Experience Support Care: 1 year
- Covid-19 double vaccination
- Valid driver’s license and reliable car
- Personal Support Worker diploma or equivalent (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
