**About us**

Bevi Birra is a restaurant, craft beer bar and bottle shop in Woodbridge. We love spinning modern twists on age old recipes whether it comes to the focaccia we make or craft beer we feature from breweries around the province.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- Monitor customer behavior and respond appropriately to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for customers
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling procedures

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of brewing techniques, cocktail recipes, and drink mixing methods
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating drink prices
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in the hospitality industry
- Understanding of food service and restaurant operations is a plus

**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Woodbridge, ON L4H 0J2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- serving: 1 year (preferred)
- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Smart Serve (preferred)
