What you'll need to have
- You love working in a high volume and fast paced distribution environment
- You are very analytical, and results driven.
- You are a problem solver. You love trouble shooting issues.
- You have amazing attention to detail and can effortlessly juggle multiple competing priorities while keeping a smile on your face.
- You are a total people-person and can communicate easily with anyone in both English and French
- You have experience using programs such as Java,.net, PHP and Microsoft Suite
- You have experience creating relevant and simple training material
- You have knowledge of data handling and SQL
- You are a self-reliant person who loves working in a team setting but don’t mind working solo too
- You are ok with using MS Office Applications

**What you'll be doing day to day**
- Support the development, maintenance, roll-out, education, processes, statistics, and improvements of IKEA systems
- Create or support the creation of business cases for process improvements
- Manage and action issues in collaboration with Service Desk through the logging of Incidents
- Build business cases for improvements and submit Change Requests
- Perform local configuration and administration, and ensure the management of users in IKEA Systems
- Ensure that all relevant documents are translated, up to date and accessible.
- Support the tactical development of processes with the goal to secure efficient and effective ways of working
- Build business cases for improvements and submit Change Requests
- Create yearly action plans for continuous improvements as well as adapting to new needs
- Responsible for communicating any issues, changes or actions taken to the appropriate stakeholders
- Identify trends and act on them accordingly
