**Job Purpose**:Maintaining kitchen cleanliness

**Responsibilities**:
1. Sweeping/ vacuuming, polishing, and mopping hard floors.

2. Using any cleaning equipment such as vacuum, mops, and other cleaning tools.

3. Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machine.

4. Wash and sanitize all pans, utensils into dish machine.

5. Unload dishes and utensils from dish machine and organize them properly.

6. Empty trash containers regularly

7. Clean food preparation and storage areas

8. Neatly putting away all utensils, cooking instruments, dishes, and cutting boards in their respective places.

9. Removing garbage, replacing garbage bags, and washing garbage cans.

10. Mopping and sweeping the kitchen areas as required.

11. Scrubbing walls, ceiling tiles regularly.

12. Assisting in putting away grocery orders

**Job Skills**:
1. Must be knowledgeable on cleaning chemicals

2. Must know how to use cleaning equipment.

**Salary**: $15.00-$16.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
