At Ford Wilkie, we looking for the best breed of customer experience enthusiasts to join our service team, it’s time to be part of something truly special. We are hiring for a permanent full-time **Service Advisor** who is the primary touch-point and liaison between our customers and service technicians.

**Your positivity** will shine when greeting customers.

**Your excellent listening skills** will help to understand customers reasons for bringing their vehicle in for servicing.

**Your passion** for creating an "ultimate experience" will leave you beyond fulfilled and one that your customers will rave to their friends and family about

**What you will do**:

- Happily greet your customers and inspect their vehicle
- Schedule appointments for service/maintenance/recall work
- Advise customers about necessary/suggested services and costs
- Follow the status of the customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work
- Ongoing customer communication - provide service updates, changes and/or recommendations
- Upon completion of work, review work order with customer to assure complete satisfaction

**What you will bring**:

- Experience as a Service Advisor in Automotive would be considered an asset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Your love for providing exceptional customer service.
- Enjoys a fast-paced environment, is hard working and brings a positive friendly attitude.
- Must have a valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver’s License upon employment
