E-commerce Clerk

**Roles and responsibilities**
- Pick, Pack and label order;
- Prepare the shipping document ;
- Respond to freight cost requests promptly;
- Communicate inventory discrepancies or damage product;
- Ensure product quality standards;
- Maintain a clean and organized area;
- Stock item in a designated area;
- Co-ordinate daily with Shipping Supervisor to ensure 100% order fulfillment rate;
**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or suitable equivalent;
- 1+ years work experience in a similar role;
- Familiar with warehouse operation;
- Ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50 lbs when required;
- Organization skills;
- Microsoft Office ;
- Strong attention to detail.
