Plumber Foreman

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine plumbing layout.
- Supervise plumbing projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore for project tracking and reporting.
- Conduct quality control inspections on plumbing installations to ensure functionality and safety.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to coordinate work schedules.
- Estimate project costs and manage budgets effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each task.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics.
- Familiarity with construction estimating practices and budgeting processes.
- Experience with construction management software such as Bluebeam is a plus.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $55.00-$60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
