Principal Areas of Responsibility: Educational Leadership and Mentorship
- Manage classroom staff for high-achievement performance culture by maintaining a positive team environment, while addressing any staffing issues promptly.
- Conducts classroom observations, evaluates and provides feedback that motivates and encourages learning.
- Uses a growth mindset to train, coach and develop teaching staff.

Customer Focus
- Leads tour with prospective families, highlighting key features and points of difference of our curriculum, teacher tenure/quality, etc.
- Manages enrollments and lead tracking system
- Regularly communicates with families regarding student progress.
- Ensures the physical environment and health/safety standards are in full compliance with company regulations.

Minimum Requirements:

- **Must speak English and Mandarin.**:

- Must possess an undergraduate degree or be in the process of obtaining an undergraduate degree.
- **At least one year of direct experience in the educational field**.
- **At least one year of primary grade (JK to grade 6) teaching experience.**:

- Ability to maintain strong relationships with families and team members
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Fluent in English - verbally, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptional time management, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly detail-oriented.
