**JOB DESCRIPTION**

We currently require a customer oriented individual to fill the role of full time Parking Lot Attendant. **This is a full time Monday - Friday position with a split shift between two of our locations. Applicants must be available to work 7am - 10am at one location and 3:30pm - 7:30pm at the other.**

**What Would You be Doing?**
- Greet customers in a friendly manner when they arrive on site
- Calculate the parking charges and collect fees from customer, making change and cash handling (if applicable)
- Logging all tickets in the log sheet
- Replenish ticket supply and manage ticket inventory
- Assist customers on how to use pay stations through intercom systems
- Monitor lot and check for parking space availability
- Manage, assist and advise clients on the parking rules and procedures (prices, troubleshooting, opening hours, etc.)
- Keep the workplace clean at all times - daily cleaning of gate, machines, and booth
- Follow proper procedures in case of accidents or towing vehicles
- Serve the customer according to the standards and procedures established by Indigo
- Duties as assigned by manager

**What Are We Looking For?**
- Minimum 2 years of cashier and customer service experience
- Able to work as a team member under mínimal supervision
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn parking equipment hardware
- Able to work under pressure during peak times
- Ability to do basic cleaning ie: windows, handrails, empty garbage, etc.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
