**Responsibilities and Duties**
- To be able to perform fabric upholstery and assembly of various Arconas products
- Experience working with polyurethane foam, fabric, vinyl, metals, plastic and aluminum
- Align parts or workpieces to ensure proper assembly
- Various sub assembly work using screwdrivers, wrenches and ratchets
- Ability to read and carry out job instruction successfully
- Ability to use a computer ERP system to track time and materials
- Ensure proper housekeeping and that the work area is kept clean and safe
- Will be cross trained into other duties within the warehouse and production area and an understanding that duties and responsibilities can be change for short or long-term durations based on operational needs
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Knowledge of different fabrics and vinyl for upholstery
- Minimum of 5-year experience in furniture or related industry a must
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is an asset
- Ability to lift 30lbs consistently
- Creative thinker
- To be able to determine the correct tool(s) for selected upholstery jobs
- Excellent manually hand dexterity
- Ability to use a staple gun and other various upholstery tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills (English a MUST)
- Ability to contribute to a team environment
- Must be meticulous with his/ her work
- Goal oriented to meet deadlines
- Must be comfortable working in a diverse environment
