**As a Grounds/Maintenance Person, You Will**:

- Perform general labour duties, including shoveling in and around the belts and crusher
- Safely Operate Skid steer loader at times
- Maintain site to Miller expectations ( Neat and Tidy )
- Do general repairs on equipment, ability to weld operate torches
- Promote safety awareness; follow company policies & procedures, health, safety, and environment
- Act in accordance with OH&S Legislation & Practices

**What You'll Bring**:

- Valid Driver’s License, clean abstract
- WHMIS and Surface Miner certificates would be considered an asset
- Effective communication
- Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends when required
- Ability to work independently when needed
- Promote a positive and safe atmosphere in a physically demanding and fast paced environment
- Ability to perform manual labour and lift 50 lbs
- Willing to work in extreme weather conditions, and in a noisy and dusty environment
