**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
- Recruit, lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to drive performance and exceed sales goals.
- Oversee all aspects of the sales process, from lead generation and qualification to closing and post-sale customer support.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns and promotional activities that generate interest and drive traffic to our communities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, realtors, brokers, and industry partners.
- Work closely with senior management to provide regular updates on sales performance, market dynamics, and strategic initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably in the real estate or homebuilding industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies.
- Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data and market trends to inform decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

**Salary**: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
