**Job Description**:
About the Role:
The asset owner of Delta will be Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of one or several line(s) including creating and executing daily action plan, developing production operators, and supporting the Process Owner and Maintenance Owner in implementation and improvement of Daily Management Systems elements as well as Health & Safety training. Owns daily cadence and Clean, Inspect, Lube processes. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

- Develop and execute on shift action plan and daily action plan as part of shift huddle and line review
- Present daily updates and action plans in daily meeting
- Validate daily performance, transactions, and time losses
- Validate daily quality tests and addresses any issues
- Follow up with operators to ensure that any defects were handled properly
- Support operators in identifying and solving problems that caused breakdowns
- Presents breakdown status weekly at an LCT meeting
- Support in defining / executing standards for Breakdown Elimination (BDE)
- Collects and analyzes data on quality variance and creates action plan to mitigate variance
- Define, implement, and improve Clean, Inspect, Lube (CIL) processes while coaching operators to follow standard practices
- Perform EHS audits, develop plans for creating an orderly and clean work environment
- Create action plan to address time losses
- Ensure continuous improvement of performance board to align with evolving operational needs
