**Position: Order Fulfillment Associate**

Part of the Honson Pharmatech Group founded in 1995, Nutralab is uniquely positioned in the health contract manufacturing sector in that it offers a complete one-stop-shop service from raw materials sourcing and product formulations to final packaging.

**SUMMARY**:
NutraLab Canada Corp. is looking for a Full-time Order Fulfillment Associate

**Job Duties**:

- Communicate between several departments by recognizing and helping to resolve product related issues
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness that includes updating, analyzing and following-up on forecasts & actual sales (ERP system & SPS commerce)
- Review open sales orders and follow-up on closing sales orders in a timely manner
- Prepare shipment documentation, including bill of lading, commercial invoice and packing lists
- Prepare and submit inventory and backorder lists to vendors on weekly basis
- Prepare invoices after every shipment and send it to vendors and internal audit team
- Help address invoice discrepancies after shipping in an efficient manner
- Establish and maintain effective, long-term business relations with vendors, suppliers, couriers andshipping companies
- Monitor inventory levels of issued materials and stocks using ERP batch master.

**Requirements**:

- University degree or college diploma in communications, marketing, logistics or related field
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in a sales role, with preferred knowledge of pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry
- Able to multitask, prioritize and organize tasks to meet strict deadlines
- Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate computer skills required on PC based software - Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Own vehicle and valid driver's license
- Proficiency in English
