**Job Title**:Application development director-information technology (IT)

**Location**: London, Ontario

**Employment Status**: Permanent

**Work Hours**: Monday - Friday, 8:30-16:30

**Employment Category**: Full-Time

**Salary**: $41.15/HR

As an Application development director-(IT), you will

**Tasks**:

- Plan and control budget and expenditures
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems
- Authorize the development of specifications for products or services
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
- Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
- Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines
- Manage incidents
- Robotic process automation
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
