Customer Experience Associate

Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Provide information about vehicles and services
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to CRM and Google sheets
- Communicate with customers in a friendly and helpful manner
- Make 200 phone calls a day minimum
- Show vehicles and maintain lot presentation (make sure vehicles are clean, have fuel, and ready for test drive)
- Analyze customer needs to recommend the best solutions
- Assist General Manager in Day to Day operations

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Proficiency in data entry and CRM software
- Sales experience is beneficial
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze information and solve problems efficiently

Pay: $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Call center: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
