**About Us**:
Devla Properties Inc. is a reputable residential rental company dedicated to providing high-quality housing and excellent service to our tenants. We are seeking a skilled and proactive **Hands-On Maintenance Supervisor** to join our team and ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our residential properties.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct and oversee routine and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Respond promptly to repair requests and emergencies.
- Supervise and collaborate with a maintenance team or contractors.
- Inspect properties regularly to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and order replacements as needed.
- Provide recommendations for property improvements or upgrades.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years proven experience in property maintenance or a related field.
- Strong hands-on skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or general repairs.
- Supervisory experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
