What you'll be doing

The Enterprise Project Office has a near-term focus to ensure we are strategically and deliberating investing our resources and funds in the right areas to drive our long-term transformation efforts and deliver a modern experience for our clients and our team members. Reporting to the Sr. Project Director, TI&I Strategy, the Governance Consultant, Enterprise Projects will provide oversight on the consistency of delivery execution across CIBC’s programs/projects portfolio. You will also help ensure that the delivery community is provided clear guidance and direction on the process and policies put in place.
- At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote_

How you'll succeed- Governance: Providing governance of CIBC’s programs/projects portfolio in alignment with the federated model. Identifying new opportunities to streamline, automate and enhance compliance to project governance.- Analysis: Strengthen insights, enhance portfolio transparency reporting for leadership, highlight success, challenge trends and reduce analytical gaps.- Content Management: Managing the Enterprise Delivery Framework content to ensure changes are implemented to align with updated policies & procedures.- Project Management: Understanding the delivery process, including up/downstream impacts.Who you are- You can demonstrate experience through previous governance or oversight roles. Your experience in the past has also exposed you to governance frameworks and reporting. You are very competent with MS Excel, Tableau and/or other reporting tools.- You understand project and program management in large, multi-product, high transaction volume environment.- You embrace and advocate change and continuously evolve your thinking and the way you work in order to deliver your best.- You’re inspired by collective success.
