**Note that this role is commission based and hybrid (in office 1-2 days a week).**
Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Spearhead capital raising initiatives for various real estate projects.
2. Leverage existing relationships and continuously expand the network of high net worth individuals, family offices, and accredited investors.
3. Create and present compelling investment proposals and pitch materials.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to understand project specifications, returns, and investment structures.
5. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
6. Attend industry events, seminars, and networking events to represent the firmand foster relationships.
Essential Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in raising significant capital, specifically for real estate projects.
2. Established network of high net worth individuals and accredited investors.
3. Strong understanding of the real estate market, investment strategies, and regulatory environment.
4. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in fast-paced environments.
6. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate or related field (Master’s Degree or additional qualifications are a plus).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance
**Salary**: $15.50-$57.08 per hour
