**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Duties include but are not limited to:

- Cleaning Jobsites and Post Construction cleaning.
- Specialized cleaning of both residential and commercial property
- Moving and storing content
- Cleaning and itemizing clients content and belongings
- Demolition of both residential and commercial property
- Exhibit safe work habits and procedures at all times
- Restoration of claims affected by fire, smoke, odor, sewer, water and mould.
- Ensure customer service is upheld to the highest standard at all times
- Ongoing communications with management and production crews
- Manage and enter job data, paperwork and supplies used per job
- Ensure physical organization of cleaning tools and supplies
- Ensure quality assurance procedures and protocols are met
- Ensure project documents are current, complete and stored appropriately when required
- Constantly improve efficiencies and use best practices
- Assist lead technicians as directed
- Other duties as assigned

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS**:

- Pass criminal background check
- Effective multitasking skills and Independent Decision making skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to perform sedentary tasks in a mentally demanding and highly stressful work environment
- Demonstrate sound work ethics
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships both internally and externally
- Be flexible, adaptable and able to work effectively in a variety of settings
- Work effectively as a member of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

- cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
