We are a reputable landscaping company serving the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and Simcoe Regions, and we are seeking an experienced Machine Operator and Hardscaper to join our team on a part-time basis with the potential to transition into a full-time position.

Job Responsibilities:

- Operate skid steer loaders, excavators, and other heavy machinery with precision and safety.
- Execute grading, excavation, and earthmoving tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Install and construct hardscaping features, including patios, retaining walls, and walkways.
- Interpret and implement construction plans and blueprints.
- Uphold high-quality workmanship and attention to detail on all landscaping projects.
- Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines and exceed client expectations.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times.

**Requirements**:

- 5 years or more of experience as a Machine Operator and Hardscaper in the landscaping industry.
- Proficiency in operating skid steer loaders, excavators, and hardscaping tools.
- Knowledge of grading, excavation, and hardscaping techniques.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
