We currently have an opening for a **Civil Infrastructure Group Manager** in our **Vancouver office**.

Duties will include, but will not necessarily be limited to the following:

- Managing and coordinating technical staff and assigning resources to projects;
- Managing and supervising staff and assisting with recruitment, career planning and salary reviews;
- Promoting staff development and growth through coaching and mentoring;
- Preparing technical reports, proposals, design briefs, design drawings and specifications;
- Ensuring quality and accuracy of designs, reports, and studies;
- Ensuring project needs are met in an effective and timely matter;
- Managing client relationships;
- Business development and marketing; and
- Ensuring financial success of the company through proactive project management and coaching of project managers and project team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering;
- Registered with Engineers and Geoscientists BC as a P.Eng.;
- 10+ years of experience in design, engineering, construction and management of which a minimum of 5 years is in a consulting capacity;
- Project management of civil municipal and regional infrastructure projects;
- Consulting and/or professional experience in B.C. is an asset;
- Experience in business development in both private and public sectors;
- Experience in liaising with clients, contractors, and other consultants;
- Experience in coaching and mentoring staff;
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills;
- Committed team player and an independent worker;
- Ability to travel across Canada;
- Possess a valid driver's license.
