Night Auditor

**Job Duties**
- Greet guests with a smile and answer their questions as required.
- Responsible for checking guests in and out of the Hotel.
- Issue room keys, discount cards, etc.
- Answer various questions from guests..
- Compute bills and collect payment from guests.
- Assist Management with physical and electronic filing & scanning of documents
- Maintain Company Operations Manual, filing system and all daily reports
- Count and verify cash, shift activity, keys and gift certificates.
- Complete shift audits as required.
- Print updated in-house, arrival, departure, and room status reports
- Check telephone interfaces throughout shift and record guest charges accordingly.
- Clean and tidy front desk area, lobby, kitchen and conference room.
- Some laundry duties may be required, folding towels and sheets.
- Refer all inquiries to the appropriate individuals, divisions, or departments
- Present a positive and professional image of the organization to all visitors, suppliers, inquiries, and other interactions.
- Provide information to guests about special activities happening in the area.
- Observe and report any security issues to the Hotel Manager
- Performs other duties as required.
- Maintain room's security by providing effective key control & confidentiality.
- Listening to guest's complaints and concerns and addressing them in a timely manner

Promote a safe work environment, adhering to all hotel safety and emergency procedures.
- Must be available to work overnight shift.
- Breakfast prep required as well as setting up the buffet.
