**What You'll Do**

White Offal Room
- Cleaning: Stomachs, intestines, feet, ears, and tails.
- Opperating machines
- Handling chemicals
- Boxing product
- Using a knife

Production Floor
- Transport inedible products to appropriate areas
- Bagging lamb products
- Boxing lamb products
- Making combos
- Making boxes
- Palletizing
- Strapper Operator
- Other duties assigned by supervisor or manager

**What You Bring**
- A strong stomach when dealing with fecal matter and strong odors
- Ability to stand for an entire work shift
- Strong safety conscience
- A level of comfort working in an animal processing plant
- Willing to work both Harvest and Fabrication Floor
- Attention to detail
- Punctual and reliable
- Physically fit (able to lift 50 lbs)
- Enjoy working on a team

**Nice To Have**
- Previous experience working in a meat processing plant or Offal Room
- Butcher experience
