**The Role**
**Survey and Land Administrator**
Calgary, Alberta
Posting Close Date: March 3, 2023
**Responsibilities**
Duties include the following, but are not limited to:
- Support the survey and surface land group and associated stakeholder groups - construction, maintenance, development;
- SiteView job creation and management;
- AFE Execute management and capital forecasting;
- Support invoice tracking and cost control through the administration of price books and review of invoices as compared to field tickets in SiteView and Maximo;
- Provide analysis on capital spend and forecasting;
- Develop cost saving and value-add opportunities; and
- Answer ad hoc requests for data and presentations including cost account information, variance analysis, invoice lookup, etc.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum five years’ experience in a similar role
- Post-secondary education in geomatics, mineral or surface land, accounting, finance, commerce, or equivalent is considered an asset
- Expert level skills in Excel, Word, AFE Execute, ValNav, AER Databases including One Stop, PVR, Maximo, SiteView and EHS database
- Experience in QByte, OpenInvoice, Data Scavenger and any other common oil and gas systems is considered an asset
- Experience in geomatics and GIS, and managing surveys and planning are considered assets
- Possess initiative and exceptional organizational skills
- Self-starter with excellent collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
