As a **Heavy Equipment Parts & Service Representative**, your primary responsibility is to drive revenues into the parts & service departments. You will be responsible for calling on both new and existing customers, promoting our parts and service offerings, and supporting after-sales programs.

**Customer Engagement**
- **CALL ON** new and existing customers to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience with our **CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT** products and services.
- Act as a liaison between customers and the dealership to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

**Promotions**
- Promote the parts and service department by highlighting maintenance programs, repair services, and other offerings.
- Create and execute promotional campaigns to drive customer interest and engagement.

**Revenue Generation**
- Identify opportunities to drive revenue through service contracts, parts sales, and other after-sales programs.
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the dealership.

**After-Sales Support**
- Provide ongoing support to customers after the sale, ensuring they have the resources and assistance needed.
- Assist customers with service scheduling, technical inquiries and parts orders
- Monitor customer satisfaction and work to resolve any issues promptly.

**Market Insight**
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.

**DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Technical background - **heavy equipment technician**, polytechnic or post secondary business preferred.
- Previous experience in **OUTSIDE SALES**, preferably within the construction equipment industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Sales-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Knowledge of construction equipment and related services/parts is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
