- Ensure each project complies with all safety and security requirements while performing their work on site. Including the enforcement of Hady’s Health & Safety Policy, regular safety orientation, and any Ministry of Labour requirements
- Ensure the project is carried out on budget and schedule while meeting or exceeding the Quality standards set out by the contract documents
- Plan, look ahead, schedule and endeavour to ensure that schedules are kept and the job is completed on time
- Ensure the work is performed in accordance with the drawings, specification and local codes
- Review quality control of work performed by trades and quality assurance that work is as per drawings and specifications
- Coordination with the owner, design team, site superintendent, other designated team members, and authorities having jurisdiction
- Attend meetings with owner, architect, Hady team members, city inspectors, utility representatives, Ministry of Labour representatives and other project stakeholders
- Negotiate, plan, schedule, and coordinate contract requirements of all subcontractors.
- Trouble shoot, resolve issues, problems, and conflicts when they arise
- Manage the project/site with transparency, reporting and communicating with the Site Superintendent and Director of Construction on a regular basis
- Arrange for regular testing and inspection for, and not limited to, footing bearing, concrete strength, structural steel and deck, roofing, etc., as required
- Coordinate the purchase and ordering of materials for the job site
- Coordinate and review inspections with inspectors and trades to complete milestone dates for substantial completion, occupancy and total completion
- Help develop deficiency list and ensure all items are rectified
- Ensure Site is maintaining “As-Built” drawings
- Assist in closing permits and releases of Letters of Credit and Deposits

Any other duties as assigned and/or required

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Project management: 3 years (preferred)
- Construction: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- WHMIS Certification (preferred)
