**Our Story**:
Green Drop is a family-owned business that has been providing unrivalled service to homeowners and businesses for over 40 years. We are proud to be Red Deer’s go-to lawn care service and outdoor pest control provider.
**Opportunity**:
As our business continues to grow, we are looking for both experienced and inexperienced individuals to join our production team. Whether you have worked outside in landscaping and lawn care for years or you’ve never done anything like this but have a passion for being outside, working independently and providing top notch customer service, we’re interested in hearing from you. We offer a great work environment and a fantastic team to support you in growing with us.
**What we need from you**:
High School Diploma
Valid class 5 driver’s license and a clean driving record
Good physical health (You’ll be doing a lot of walking every day)
Outgoing and friendly
Committed to superior Customer Service
Lawn care experience an asset but not required - Full Training Provided
Certified Pesticide Applicator Certificate an asset but not required

**Compensation**:
Hourly Wage plus commissions for sales made during the season. (Sales will represent a significant earning opportunity). Excellent benefits program for permanent employees.
