Front Desk Lead

Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Front Desk Lead to join our team. As a Front Desk Lead, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and provide exceptional customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone with clerical and customer service experience to work in a professional office setting.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information
- Collect payments and process invoices
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Assist with data entry tasks as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred
- Strong clerical skills, including typing and data entry
- Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficient in using computer software programs, such as Microsoft Office Suite

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week

**Experience**:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
