**Description**

The Shiseido Summer Internship program is a paid, full time 9-week program for college rising Juniors or Seniors starting June 3rd through August 2nd. We are committed to your professional development so during your time here, you can expect to participate in meaningful projects, networking, professional development workshops, speaker series, volunteer activities, and you will also have the opportunity to connect with your global peers across the world

We are seeking a passionate, motivated and analytical Summer Intern to join our Consumer Experience team. As an intern, you will play a crucial role in helping the team drive the success of Shiseido Canada by bringing a richer and deeper understanding of consumer needs to reinforce customer-centric business strategies.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide creative asset editing support using Photoshop and / or Illustrator for campaign execution
- Support paid media initiatives with trafficking sheet development and maintenance
- Conduct competitor / trends analysis in the online beauty space
- Creation of reporting templates across various consumer facing channels, including development of actionable insights with the opportunity to present learnings to key stakeholders

**Qualifications**
- Must be a currently enrolled in a digital, marketing, or media program
- Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and highly organized
- Energetic, self-motivated, results oriented
- Flexible and able to function in a fast-paced, safety-first work environment
- Have a passion for cosmetics, beauty industry and consistently keeping up-to-date with trends
- Strong curiosity and eagerness to learn
- Proactive with a self-starter mentality, strong team player and collaborative nature
