What will you do?
- Maintain documentation, policies and Standard Operating Procedures
- Application and server installations / upgrades
- Provide on-call support and user network support
- Maintain server and computer security
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware / software errors
- Provide advice and training to users
- Review and verify data backups

What do you need?
- College diploma or equivalent experience
- One or more years of IT experience in a corporate environment
- Understanding of LAN / WAN networking
- Knowledge of HyperV and Active Directory
- Microsoft training (MCP) is an asset
- Sharepoint and PowerAutomate knowledge is an asset
